Welcome

Welcome to the world of Mindful Hypnotherapy. An exciting

amalgam of mindfulness and hypnosis which together create a

powerful therapeutic tool to help you live your life with ease and

with an improved sense of well-being.

I can teach you how to stop struggling with the confusing

thoughts and feelings that are part of most people’s lives.

You’ll be able to better manage everyday problems such as stress,

anxiety, worry, panic, fears, poor sleep, overeating and drinking

and so on.

The key is to appreciate the value of living in the present moment,

and to explore new ideas and ways of being.

I will teach you the mindfulness techniques that will enable you to

live your life in this way.

Strategies from mindfulness and hypnotherapy can help you

develop the self-awareness and self-compassion, that is so

empowering. You will begin to get to know your own mind, and

the deeply rooted beliefs, attitudes, expectations and

judgements that influence the way we see and interact with the

world we live in. It’s time to stop the struggle and make positive

changes, whether it be in pursuit of a specific goal (hypnotherapy)

or simplyto feel happy and more contented with your life.

Perhaps you are one of the many people in the UK who struggles

with chronic pain on a daily basis. Mindfulness meditation is

shown to reduce chronic pain by 57% after a regular practice of

just eight weeks. While longer-term meditators can achieve a 90%

reduction in their pain levels.

Studies also confirm that the use of self-hypnosis and hypnotic

suggestion is similarly effective in relieving pain , by reducing

anxiety levels and improving restorative sleep.

So, with a combination of mindfulness and hypnotherapy, you

can look forward to the possibility of being much more in control

of your pain and discomfort.

PHILOSOPHY

Welcome To The World of Mindful Hypnotherapy

Mindful hypnotherapy combines the two approaches to create a powerful combination that is set to transform the way the two therapies are viewed. Together this combination produces a synergistic effect, meaning that the effect is greater than either one of them could have produced alone.

In a nutshell, Mindful Hypnotherapy is an intervention that intentionally uses hypnosis as a powerful delivery system to integrate mindfulness for the therapeutic benefit of the client. Hypnosis enables mindfulness to be absorbed and integrated more easily, efficiently, and effectively.

My intention is for clients to enjoy the peaceful calm that mindfulness cultivates, while harnessing the powerful potential of self-hypnosis in bringing about change.

If you are troubled or disturbed by negative thoughts, feelings, habits, stress, self-doubt and lack of confidence, or any other concerns that prevents you from living with ease, then please contact me. I work together with my clients to achieve their best way forward, and treat all clients with empathy and respect.
